Political commitment to address undernutrition has ramped up significantly. Recognizing the need for well-documented stories of how to generate and scale up nutrition successes and develop leadership in nutrition, the Nourishing Millions: Stories of Change in Nutrition project will bring together several narratives of change – of country-level progress, of successful programs and interventions, as well as stories of individual leaders and nutrition champions.
Nourishing Millions, which complements and links with the Stories of Change project coordinated by Transform Nutrition, will produce a book and a rich array of communication products and activities scheduled for release in the summer of 2016. It will also contribute to the Compact2025 Knowledge and Innovation Hub, which aims to provide policymakers and practitioners with context-specific, evidence-based advice on how to end hunger and undernutrition.
Nominations for nutrition success stories are open until September 15, 2015.
